• Works with personnel, third party vendors and consultants to obtain passports, visas, immunizations and Letters of Invitation.
• Manages the recruiting for international personnel and coordinates with management to extend offers to new and existing employees.
• Initiates background checks, pre-employment drug screenings, physicals and obtains all required documents for newly hired employees.
• Coordinates with expatriate employees regarding relocation, work permits, and pre-departure orientation.
• Assures accurate processing of all requests such as new hires, promotions, salary increases, terminations, transfers, etc. Distributes applicable documentation to appropriate departments (i.e. HRIS, Employee Records.
• Coordinates with management for approval of additional compensation (i.e. “extended duty timesheets”, “away from home pay”, and “travel days”).

• Coordinates exempt and non-exempt recruiting, interviewing, and selection for all corporate openings
• Directs recruiting campaigns {e.g., newspaper, ads, job fairs, college campus recruiting}.
• Liases between Hiring Manager and Compensation for determining compensation packages as needed.
• Coordinates with hiring managers to conduct interviews of applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions for the Corporate Office
• Liaises with all recruiting agencies, conducts initial review of contracts and coordinates interviews
• Maintains the databank of policies and procedures for the Human Resources department and assures that revisions are applied and communicated
