  Having had an interest in natural/complementary medicine for many years I decided to study reflexology last year and qualified in December 2014. I am dedicated, committed and passionate about my work. I believe in the importance of nurturing the mind, body and spirit to promote complete well being. It is my pleasure to be able to offer this fabulous therapy. It is great to do a job you love and it is heartening to know that reflexology does make a difference to people's health. A little about Reflexology: it is a wonderful, relaxing, non-invasive holistic therapy mainly applied through the feet or hands. It seems totally weird that by pressing parts on your feet or hands many good effects can be felt in parts of the body. Reflexology promotes a sense of deep relaxation and well-being, both physically and mentally. Through a treatment the whole body can be re-tuned and brought back into Homeostasis (from the Greek language meaning balance.) The human body is unique and given the opportunity will always seek to self-heal.
