  I currently work in a corporate law department of a large winery, as a Sr. Paralegal, assisting an attorney who has worked at the winery for over 7 years, I have worked here for over 19 years. Most of my team's work would fall under Liquor Law, Liquor Sales, Antitrust, Transactional, and some Litigation. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also assist the attorney in reviewing and negotiating contracts with our distributors. I work closely with our compliance, sales force, and supply chain departments on a daily basis.As part of my role in the corporate law department, I work closely with senior management to ensure that our distributor agreements and relationships are properly structured and documented for both domestic and international distributors. In addition to drafting and amending agreements, I assist in the organization of our distributor network when we make acquisitions, I am responsible for 47 accounts for the company regarding our off-site document storage, I am also a Notary Public.
