* Demonstrated experience in the provision of exceptional customer service within the Residential Aged Care, Aged, Disability, Local Government and Not for Profit sector in the areas of intake, assessment, admissions, care planning and care co-ordination.* Knowledge of networks and services supporting the delivery of CHSP/Aged Care, NDIS, acute, sub- acute and community services in Melbourne.* Ability to drive business opportunities through building relationships with key stakeholders.* Marketing and presentation skills to consumers. * Experience with working with consumers from indigenous, refugee and CADL backgrounds.* Development of procedures and processes to improve efficiency and the customer on boarding experience.* Experience in the use of CRM, My Aged Care (MAC) service provider and assessment portal, Carelink plus and Trakcare Information Systems.
