While at St. Lawrence University, my concentrations were Political Science and Business. In particular, public relations, advocacy, and marketing peak my interest. As a seasoned Senator of the Thelomathesian Society, I am an avid participant in SLU's Student Government as well as a member of the Academic Advising Tripartite Committee, Academic Affairs Committee, and Ace Chair Selection Committee. Experience with these organizations has provided me with the skills necessary to participate effectively in group discussions with both peers and supervisors who may hold disparate political ideologies. My favorite position I have held was as a research assistant at American Continental Group in Washington, DC. ACG is a bipartisan government affairs and strategic consulting firm that translates public policy for investment fund managers and analysts. In addition to anticipating how government policies in key markets may impact investor strategies, ACG aids in corporate business development, coalition management, and risk mitigation policy. I currently reside in Quincy, MA and am actively looking for a job that is intellectually stimulating and requires excellent communication and customer service skills. I excel in fast-paced environments and am highly motivated, preparing me to collaborate with others as well as work independently.
