Catherine (Cat) Cecilio is a Civil Engineer in training with a focus on water resources, specializing in the technical design of water and wastewater facilities, construction support, field work, and condition assessment. She graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. With experience working with various clients and stakeholders, Catherine ensures the successful delivery of projects from initial concept to final construction. As an EIT, she is committed to continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry practices and technologies. Catherine is passionate about utilizing her skills and expertise to make a positive impact on communities and the environment. Currently, she is pursuing her PE license in the state of Oregon.Cat has an active role in the design of civil facilities ranging from pump stations to rate of flow control stations. She is assisting in implementing the EPA's latest revision to the Lead and Copper Rules in the state of Oregon.
