- Collation and reporting on Recruitment Statistics- Development, implementation and supervise of recruitment functions and events. e.g. Macau Recruitment Fairs and Overseas Recruitment Fair at various Asian cities- Key recruitment team member participating in overseas/PRC recruitment initiatives. Key host in local and Overseas recruitment events following through with candidates selection and on boarding- Monitor turnover of Casino Marketing and VIP/International Marketing and backfill sufficient manpower to sustain business growth- To execute any ad hoc assignments

- Report to recruitment project team- Provide logistics support to the project team in preparing for recruitment fairs in Macau, China, South East Asia- Assist in preparing weekly recruitment status report to the executive members- Liaise with departments across the organization to synchronize event preparation- Closely monitor decoration production progress of Macau recruitment fair - Finalise venue set-up and dissemble schedule with vendor and venue management
