I help people to look at art and facilitate the sharing of ideas in one-to-one and small group discussions. I work with community groups and care settings, including specialist care and high dependency units.

I help care settings plan and deliver stimulating art engagement activities within their setting, budget and resources. I train Activities Coordinators, care staff and volunteers in simple ways to use the arts in group and one-to-one situations. I focus on participant-led interactions that involve shared engagement and enjoyment that will promote wellbeing.

I help museums, galleries and heritage organisations build and develop relationships with their local care settings, designing activities that are collection-focussed and person-centred.

I Picture This is a social enterprise that brings reproductions of artworks from internationally and nationally renowned art collections into care settings in Hertfordshire. We use these artworks as a stimulus for discussion.

I deliver onsite and outreach programmes. I work with children and adults on access and widening participation programmes. I am interested in participant-led programmes, introductions to art, and arts and health. I have worked at the Wallace Collection, Royal Collection and V&A.

I built an access and community programme that ran onsite and outreach activities for 'harder to reach' audiences. This included, but was not limited to, care settings, people affected by homelessness, refugees and asylum seekers, D/deaf and hard of hearing people, and visually impaired people. I worked with community organisations to build equitable partnerships and long term relationships that would see continued engagement with the museum.I was also Acting Head of Education for two maternity covers.
