Nepal

Three months spent in rural Nepal working to improve water, sanitation and hygiene levels and to improve livelihoods in communities that were most affected by the 2015 earthquake. I had the opportunity to be a Weekly Leader during this time.

Honduras

Worked with researchers in collecting data in the cloud forests of Honduras, primarily concerning the carbon REDD+ scheme. Completed the PADI diver course and achieved Universities Award. From my time with Operation Wallacea I have also promoted the company at my university, encouraging students to take part on similar research trips.
