Contributing to the effective running of the Playhouse, one of the main cultural venues in Wiltshire, through a variety of duties.

Decision making on pre-school policies, setting budgets, fundraising strategies.

• Coordinating annual pay review & group bonus programmes;• Handling and implementing national and international pay review processes;• Communication, accruals and calculation of incentive schemes;• Job matching, market benchmarking of salaries, and advising on competitive rewards packages (using Towers Watson and Mercer data); • Co-ordinating company-wide benefits and incentives including medical insurance, cars, Give As You Earn, childcare vouchers, Bikes to Work, and international benefits;• Liaising with benefits providers in regular reviews and renewals of schemes;• Completing and making submissions of data to salary and benefit surveys, producing analytical/statistical returns and management information (using Business Objects); • Implementing the Bikes to Work scheme and the buying and selling of holidays;• Co-ordinating and communicating changes to company benefit packs;• Providing company-wide support on reward issues, inductions to new staff on benefits issues; and training for HR systems users. • Developing of HR modules in Resourcelink and maintenance of documentation, guides and procedures for reference by system users;• Monitoring budgets for reward and recognition.

In this role I worked within a small team handling the communication of pay review and bonus calculations, management information, business data reporting and HR system administration.
