Plan and execute events and programs including but not limited to the following: Business After Hours mixers (monthly); First Friday with the Beach (January and July); Friday at the Beach (March, May, August, November); Beach Chamber D.I.N.E. Luncheon (as needed); Annual Awards Dinner (February); Business Expo (April); Women’s Work-Life Symposium (May); Poker Tournament (July); Golf Tournament (October); Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival (October); and Run for the Redfish Half Marathon & 5K (December).

• Provided direct assistance to President/CEO, staff and a 32-member Board of Directors.• Performed standard office management tasks such as answering phones, helping visitors and stocking lobby information.• Aided in event planning; appointment scheduling; membership retention; conveying information between the sales department and membership; and established a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation of the Chamber in order to institute two endowed scholarships with local colleges.• Contributed as a writer and editor for the Marketing & Communications department.• Served as co-liaison for the Governmental Affairs Committee.
