I have delivered the Productivity Lean training in Manufacturing environment for almost 20 years, and I have developed international Lean Six Sigma training and consulting programs in the area of Lean in Services (Banking – Insurance – Call centers – HR - IT ), in Laboratories and R&D, and Lean Leadership and Lean management.
