This includes considering options for an international experience, pre- departure, during the mobility period and after mobility to support the development of intercultural competencies and transversal skills to enhance student employability. To achieve this, the project will create an open educational resource (OER) toolkit containing ICTs for uniquely supporting the complete mobility lifecycle and to create a framework which HEIs can use to enhance their own existing support systems and help embrace the digital skills of the students.
