• Working in all day dining restaurant with 500 covers and Also in room service and Pool Bar during busy day or special events. • Responsible for welcoming guest,hosting guest according to reservation and handling sections in outlets.• Managing the junior colleagues and casual staffs for their allocation and tasks. • Ensure that all guests dining get a great WOW service excellence. •To do cashiering of outlets, making reports, registering logbooks, and guest data updating. • To make store for outlets, inventory, and maintaining par stock. • To take linen inventory, and to avoid spoilages in outlets. • To make all mis-en-place for restaurant, full setup of outlets. • Up selling of beverages and menu to guest. • To be proactive and always try know guest preferences and likes. • To take positive actions to meet department objectives and target • To always take a active part in department meetings, give suggestions. • Handling the food and beverage outlet reservation phone by taking the booking such as brunches,special events and daily restaurant bookings for breakfast, lunch and dinner
