At HEROES (Harnessing Emerging Research Opportunities to Empower Soldiers), I took into account the opinions of internal stakeholders to design materials. I also maintained and updated the HEROES website to showcase achievements, internal events, and future opportunities. I crafted a brochure to raise awareness for the initiative at events. I also created a complex and robust ecosystem chart to explain the relationships that HEROES has with government, academia, and industrial players.

As an intern with UMass Lowell’s Corporate Education department, I assisted in the development of our enrollment system, Destiny One, by inputting class and student data and addressing technical issues for the team. I was a key part of event coordination when staffing in-person plastics seminars, and I assisted with Zoom functions during on-line sessions. I designed a monthly newsletter template to engage our corporate partners and students and inform them of important dates and programs.

At Charles River Development, my main responsibility was to review and edit over 200 marketing materials to acquire compliance approval before they were distributed to clients. I also supported marketing and sales campaign efforts by adding and updating hundreds of Salesforce leads and contacts. I reported on campaign performance by pulling information from Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot, and all social media platforms. I also revived our social listening efforts by building keyword-tracking dashboards in Social Studio. Upon finishing my co-op, I wrote a 40-page handbook for the next co-op hire with project procedures and tips for a successful internship.

At Curriculum Associates, I held two separate roles as part of their Co-Op Rotational Fellowship. As an Onboarder with the Data Provisioning Service Team, I set up 150 customer accounts with our e-learning platform by performing advanced level tasks in MySQL, Filezilla, and internal databases to scrub and upload customer data. I collaborated with my team to resolve data issues and was chosen as one of two people to move students between schools in our database.As part of my second role with the Digital Marketing team at Curriculum Associates, I supported operations, SEO, and analytics goals. When an article critical of our product began ranking for branded search terms, I used keyword research tools like MOZ and Google Keyword planner to create a new product page that clarified how our product works. Within a month, the page outranked the critical article for the same terms. I interviewed internal subject matter experts to write a flyer that supported a major product launch and informed educators about industry changes. I also made weekly metric reports to monitor website traffic, email performance, and social engagements.
