Catherine is a Psychologist in private practice. Her clinical focus involves working with clients of all ages - children, teens and adults. She works with a variety of issues including addictions, depression, sexual abuse, eating disorders, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, etc. One of her passions is working with relationships, intimate connections, families and teams, both business and sport. She loves seeing the transformation!!Catherine is a Certified Gottman Couple therapist who was trained personally by Dr John and Dr Julie Gottman. In addition, as a Management Consultant and Organizational Psychologist, she has worked in both the Public & Private sector for many years including the Crown Solicitors Office, BT Financial Services, Westmead Hospital, AMP, Department of Premier & Cabinet, HCF & Telstra.These roles included: psychological testing, recruitment systems, conflict resolution, interview panels, mediation and working with executive teams!As an Executive Coach, Catherine has worked with many clients from companies such as: Pepsi, Rio Tinto, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Jetstar, Boston Consulting Group, Bank of America, Contiki, Virgin management and Virgin money. Catherine has been an educator, trainer and group facilitator at Macleay College and The Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has designed and delivered numerous workshops in the private and public sector on topics such as Motivation, Teamplay/Teamwork, Leadership, Negotiation skills – A Collaborative Enterprise, Personal Power, Interpersonal & Intrapersonal Victories!!Catherine is a Certified Brain-based Resilience Coach. She has a passion for working with elite athletes and teams in maximizing peak performance.
