Partners with publishers and authors and agencies to strategize, lend expertise, and craft excellent proposals, marketing plans, and content, with a full menu of support from editing and writing to consulting. Clients include Focus on the Family, Crossway, Community Bible Study, David C Cook, SuperBook, Christian Schools International, Nazarene Publishing House, Unstoppable Foundation, and several authors.

Created and implemented strategy and growth plan for the Trade Book Group and Curriculum Group. Responsible for over 30% of company’s revenue. Sought out and developed relationships with new partners, authors, and agents to create products and lines that best support the mission of DCC. Created 5-year publishing plan for children and youth resources. Managed six of eight curriculum lines across all ages, plus custom editions for special markets, including global ministry. Constant collaboration with marketing regarding campaigns, press kits, and copy packs. Supervised staff (including supervisors), and 50+ freelance editors, video producers, video animators, audio engineers, and musicians. Active member of the Publishing Leadership team, reported to the Chief Publishing Officer.

Launched a $6 million product line, The Common English Bible translation, including business plan, promotional plan, website development (content and visual presentation), logo and tagline, packaging design and brand color palette selection (editorial, marketing, sales). Regularly presented to executive leadership, key partners, and retailers. Successful result with over 500,000 copies in print in one year’s time. Exceeded first year projections by 30%.

Keys for Kids devotions for publication every other month. Circulation 90,000. Content used in the Tyndale's One Year Book of Devotions line. Formed publishing program for new line of picture books, published in fall 2009.

Working collaboratively with publisher, designers, editors, and marketing, managed the revision of CSI's curriculum, including cover direction, photo research, content review, and workflow. Six-month freelance position.
