Responsible for handling all questions and/or problems that team members encountered. Took part with labor relations representatives in conducting investigations, identifying and improving problems that surfaced.Organized and facilitated meetings with Management to insure and strengthen any new developments implemented at floor level. Labor Relations Representative which investigated, prepared, addressed, and negotiated with Management on problems that occurred at the team member level including delivery of parts, shut downs and safety and ergonomic issues within the plant.

Trained all new team members on standardized work and ergonomic procedures as well as exchange job related information. Inspected trucks for defective parts installations and performance. Tracked Quality Control at floor level and met with Management in an effort to improvequality and efficiency of team's work. Accountable for delegating and work distribution. Validated all parts assembled to truck for correctness and that they met Delta Control requirements (State regulated procedure). Attended classes in standardize work and implemented enhancements to work area.

In charge of five groups of six team members to ensure the correct parts/hand tools were properly used and in compliance with Toyota Production Systems.Tasked with building high quality vehicles at the lowest possible cost, included training in standardize work procedures to manufactures specifications, utilizing motivational skills, safety/ergonomic procedures and time studies. Facilitated team meetings and handled problem resolution of team member performance. Planned, organized and facilitated Problem Solving Circles to resolve safety-ergonomic issues. Attended multiple classes enhancing leadership skills in an effort for continual improvement.
