Following a successful career in design as a key account/studio manager I recognised the profound importance and associated difficulties of managing client expectation. I chose to step back from 'hands on' design to pursue a World Class customer service training programme and further my exposure to the global cultural influences of design. Through both of my career paths and life experiences to date I am considered to be a professional, committed and an accurate worker. I strive to fully apply myself to every task I am given and motivate those around me to achieve the same goals. I am able to work efficiently as an independent worker or as part of a larger production/campaign team. I thrive under the pressure associated with management and leadership, moreover I feel my greatest asset is my positive approach to any given situation or task.
