I worked as a customer service representation from 2018-2020. I processed customer service transactions, maintained the fitting rooms, and processed credit card applications. In 2020, I was prompted to be my store's Wacoal ambassador. I was responsible for fitting customers and organizing fitting events for my department. In 2021, I became a fulfillment associate and picked merchandise for online orders. I also managed the Buy Online Pick Up In Store counter, where I improved the pick up experience for customers.

I worked under the supervision of Dr. Cathryn Lavery and created a database for a project relating to dating apps and crime. I reviewed 105 news articles from 2002-2022 and created a code for 22 variables. Variables included gender, relationship status, race, location, criminal offense, charges filed, and conviction.

During my summer internship, I scanned and indexed legal documents and court reports into a database for state research. These documents included police reports, interview transcripts, forensic evaluations, and Social Services and Child Protective Services reports. I attended juvenile court proceedings with the department's psychologists. I also sat with the juvenile court liaison at family meetings.
