This included individuals from other areas, rough sleepers and those with NRPF.•Developed the project operationally, from the ground up, including the creation of service specification, role profiles, data recording processes and completed all required reporting to Cardiff Council and Welsh Gov. •Created a successful private rented sector scheme enabling ~120 previously homeless people to successfully secure independent accommodation with a 98% sustainment rate over 12 months. I evidenced the success of this scheme to Cardiff Council, helping to secure an additional £160,000 of revenue for the project.
