My professional expertise lies in law, white-collar crime, securities regulations, and military leadership. I bring a fresh and unique perspective to the team. I am preparing to serve the United States as an attorney for the Department of Justice. In me, the Department of Justice will gain the value of a global perspective, a commitment to quality, keen legal insights, and tireless dedication to the United States. I have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Western New England University School of Law, May 2023.My foundation started in the United States Marine Corps to my recent role as an Intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission Scholars Program. My experience is substantive and multifaceted. In my role with the SEC Scholars Program, Enforcement Branch, I ensured the continual increase of quality and legal insights while retaining unwavering attention to the agency’s core values, mission, and objectives. Upon entering this position, I performed legal research and prepared legal documentation related to securities regulations and laws. In my previous role as an Intern with the Department of Justice Summer Law Intern Program, Antitrust Division, I gained extensive hands-on experience from the incredible trial attorneys in antitrust laws and white-collar crime, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. During my military career, I established a strong record of leadership. As an adept Executive Officer and Operations Director, I was responsible for ensuring compliance for 2K+ direct reports. In addition, I served as an Inspector for the General’s Inspection Program. As Administrative and Legal Director I conducted research and prepared decision letters to influence decision-making for NATO and U.S. leadership. At Western New England University School of Law, I served as a legal volunteer in various capacities, including assisting local businesses with trademarks and contracts, volunteering with the Center for Social Justice, and providing pro bono work during a Consumer Debt Initiative focused on defending consumers with small claims collection actions in the Springfield District Court.I am interested in contacting former colleagues and managers, as well as other professionals in my field.
