Main responsibilities:+ This was a challenging role where I also maintained many of my responsibilities as Business Support Officer (see below).+ Collating papers from departments across the organisation for monthly and quarterly meetings, including legal figures. This required accuracy, excellent presentation skills and good contacts to chase figures up where they were missing.+ Generating health and safety reports using English Heritage software, collating figures using Excel, noting trends and reporting promptly to Managers and Directors for monthly meetings.+ Supporting the Executive Assistant to the Estates Director, organising meeting rooms, hire cars and train travel.

+ Supporting the National Safety Teams in long-term projects as well as day to day. I wrote bespoke emergency plans for several historic properties: visiting sites and drawing up basic floor plans; working with collections curators regarding priority collections; compiling emergency contact lists with internal property managers and external organisations in a professional manner.+ Coordinating team visits to historic properties around the country, including the arrangement of training days.+ In 2014 I oversaw the allocation of salvage equipment budget for 30 properties: research of products, purchasing equipment within the budget and keeping Directors appraised. This required careful monitoring of purchase spreadsheets, receipts and invoices.+ Arranging meetings, agendas and keeping minutes.

+ Cataloguing of collections, transferring hand-written records onto the online museum database, the organisation and accuracy of which had to be flawless.+ Specialist packing and moving of various historically important collections including costume, framed artworks, taxidermy and ceramics.+ Supervision of small groups of volunteers in packing and care of collections.
