• Provide expert advise and assistance with the development of the building design briefs for the tender for the project architects in partnership with the Project Managers, Capital Insight, as a subject matter expert. • Manage in partnership with the Project Management team: user group coordination and facilitation, equipment procurement, non clinical service and clinical service redesign including patient flows, • Develop and implement the clinical governance and reporting structure, for example; committees such as the Partnership Council and Clinical Leadership committee, Quality & Safety Committee and f framework, coordinate clinical policy and procedure development, and the design and implementation of the incident management system (Riskman) and related policies.• Design and implement clinical pathways and operational policy and procedures for the ambulatory, and inpatient units.
