Catherine began her career in healthcare in 2012 as the Director of Public Affairs and Brand Communications for Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center. Her primary responsibilities included internal and external communications, crisis management, government and community affairs, marketing, media relations, and overseeing all sponsorship and grant programs. Catherine joined UnitedHealthcare in 2018 as the Regional Communications Director, overseeing corporate communications, public affairs, and media relations for the states of California and Hawaii.An avid writer, live music enthusiast, part time foodie, and aspiring world traveler with a passion for politics and history, Catherine has two degrees from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She currently resides in the Long Beach area with her husband and their 2 French bulldogs.
