Together with my excellent interpersonal and communication skills, my ability to handle complex regulatory settings allows me to forge strong bonds with stakeholders at all levels.I have expertise leading individuals through change and fostering creativity and efficiency while working across teams.Some achievements: • At Onward, led corporate elements of a successful bulk transfer pensions project:- c£35m of legacy defined benefit (out of TPT) into an Onward pension scheme, reducing repayment risk of never repaying deficit from c25% to 5%. - created and led a board task and finish group and the development of legals. - as a new trustee managed a fractious relationship with TPT and, internally, worked with finance and HR leads to present a single, unified project to board and colleagues.• At Onward, recovered the regulatory rating from G3/V1 to G1/V1 and maintained this in subsequent assessment:- led governance effectiveness review and committee restructure, including set up of board task and finish group.- strong governance structures in place and assurance on regulatory compliance.- led on regulatory referrals, acting as the bridge between the RSH and Onward colleagues.• At RSH, led and developed high quality legal team through period of significant change:- RSH moved from HCA to standalone regulator.- developed individual and team skills to maintain provision of quality legal advice in a changing environment.- effectively worked with stakeholders within HCA, RSH and government policy officials.
