    I developed the theory of change and results framework for a £22.8 million Technical Assistance Facility which supports programming in Libya, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia. This work entailed working across UK Government departments and locations, and with the private sector implementing partner. The resulting theory of change was shared with other DFID and FCO departments as an example of a strong, evidence-based theory of change to draw upon in developing theories of change for other similar programmes.
