Responsible for the operations and oversight of a team who is responsible for providing support services to charities that include Charity State Registrations, Corporate State Registrations, State Employee workplace campaign applications, Registered Agent Services and additional services as needed. Also, provide support as a key member of the Combined Federal Campaign National Charity Outreach Coordinator team. We outreach, recruit and educate charities about the CFC and the benefits and resources of participation.

Provide Systems Database Analysis, Design and workflow improvement. My main focus has been in the Non Profit industry improving charity state registration, campaign application processing systems and doing database review and analysis. In addition, I recently have also been working on charity outreach systems design, development and analysis as well as direct outreach to clients to educate and assist with federal and state campaigns and registrations requirements.
