Achieved full initial accreditation for RN to BSN, RN to MSN, and five MSN specialty nursing programs with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and expanded offerings to include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Educational Leadership. Established education partnerships with the Cleveland Clinic, MD Anderson, IASIS Health Systems, Kindred Healthcare, and Geisinger Medical Center. Expanded enrollment from 45 to over 2000 students.

Responsibilities included oversight of administration, student services, accreditation, facilities, and academic affairs for US based school located in the Caribbean. Served as Chief Academic Officer for the University of Nursing, with students and faculty from twenty different countries, achieving initial international accreditation. Coordinated the operational start-up of a new Medical School, including budgeting, faculty recruitment, facilities, initial accreditation, and rapid expansion of support staff. Established strong clinical training relationships with island community clinics, non-governmental organizations, faith-based agencies, and acute and long term care facilities. Responsible for academic oversight and all fiscal, human and resource development in Health Sciences and Nursing Programs, including nursing, Masters of Business in Healthcare, Masters in Health Administration, and the Doctorate in Health Administration, with over 12,500 students and 400+ faculty members. Position required maintaining effective relationships with other University departments, academic program areas, campuses, and external regulatory, legislative, and professional groups in numerous states and online. The University is accredited by North Central Association of the Higher Learning Commission and the nursing programs were accredited by the National League for Nursing.
