My background includes serving as a unit manager. I achieved one of the best outstanding portfolios in disbursements and maintaining the least level of arrears of 3%. I was also a team leader of eight people to help improve the performance and arrears reduction in the branch which after achievement was promoted to a unit manager.This was achieved by strategies such as: client visits, good customer service and prompt follow up by ensuring there is connection between the client and the staff.We also deal with agribusiness products whereby we get involved directly with our clients this include: aqua culture, dairy farming, bee farming, nyumba smart (home improvement) green house and sale of solar products. This has given me the experience in agri business and more information with dealing with clients directly and ensuring targets are met in selling this products.In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my time as a business development officer whereby I underwent training to ensure quality service to customers. I believe with the knowledge I have, am in a good position to uplift your expectations.I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications.
