I provided customers with a polite and efficient service when checking them in to the event. During Newcastle in the Sky I was in charge of the health and safety of my customers when harnessing them into the table before it was lifted to the sky. I also encouraged our guests to use hashtags, Snapchat filters and tags provided by the Marketing team in order to promote the event and the company further.

I provided customers with excellent service and answered any questions to the best of my ability and listened to their feedback, reacting when necessary.I took bookings for tables and for private functions, order products from providers and maintain a clean and tidy bar. I am always polite and friendly when communicating with a customer or another member of staff. Through this job I have gained experience working with programs such as Zonal. I had to understand how to customise the tills in order for stock to be correctly measured.
