Drive the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of existing project management execution processes across all Modular Data Center (MDC) regions globally. Responsible for ERP utilization and change management.

Worked with media partners to negotiate, organize and execute print ad campaigns and online campaign strategies. Using Word press and HTML, managed the Online Shop and company website, including content creation and maintenance of product listings. Responsible for the US and Canada social media presence through Facebook, Twitter and Yelp, including responding to requests and complaints and increasing customer retention. Created copy and coordinated email campaigns and monthly marketing promotions for the US, Canada and Mexico offices.

Using Wordpress, edited blog content, including book review material, op-ed and announcements. Delegated assignments to Shock Totem staff and contributors. Helped manage Facebook and Twitter pages to promote Shock Totem new releases and staff spotlight, including soliciting book reviews.Scheduled and coordinated marketing and trade events. Created original editorial, fiction and non-fiction content for the bi-annual print magazine.

Coordinated, via phone or email, facility needs across forty-two DCF, DPH and JHCO accredited and regulated sites, including scheduling and monitoring required services to maintain a broad range of building maintenance and safety regulations.RFP management and vendor relations for all HVAC, plumbing, electric, fire safety and security system needs and inspection requirements. Completed on-site, routine inspections of each location on a quarterly basis, including for basic safety requirements and MSDS inspections.Maintained impeccable paperwork records, which were required for unscheduled on-site DPH, DCF and JHCO inspections for all clinics and group homes.

Managed quarterly and annual proactive service calls for five trades across 1,500 nationwide McDonald’s Corporate stores, as well as ensured the program met budgetary goals through monthly reporting to our Account Manager and client. Part of the Management in Training program, with mentorship in the Marketing & Communications department Vice President. As part of my mentorship, I developed and wrote a “RepairCare” newsletter for the McDonald's client that was distributed to stores nationwide. The newsletter assisted McOpCo employees in understanding the program launched by FM Facility Maintenance and the new partnership between the companies. Made outbound calls to vendor leads that had previous business relationships with McDonald’s Corporate and attempted to contract them into the FM Facility Maintenance Service Provider network. Worked with each company to draft and negotiate service agreements, rates and offered services.
