With more than 32 years of fitness industry experience across the UK, Australia and the UAE and a deep passion for health, fitness, and wellness, I have dedicated my career to elevating the industry to new heights. For the past 29 years, I have been based in the UAE, where I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in this ever-evolving field.Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, and have a proven track record of success in raising the bar within the UAE fitness industry. In 1999, I introduced Les Mills group fitness programs to the region, which quickly became a popular and effective way for people to get fit and stay healthy.In 2013, I took things a step further by assisting with the set up of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), which has been instrumental in ensuring high standards of professionalism and competence within the industry. The success of REPs led me to launch the REPs Industry Awards in 2023, which has become a prestigious event within the industry, recognising and celebrating excellence in fitness and wellness.My extensive experience and knowledge, combined with my passion for the industry, have enabled me to make a significant impact and drive positive change within the UAE fitness industry. I am committed to continuing to raise the bar and promote health, fitness, and wellness in the region and beyond.
