I have passion for using my skills to help solve long standing social problems.Prior to my current endeavors, I advised and consulted to Fortune 100 companies helping them understand their customers’ journeys and apply technology and process innovation to improve B2B and B2C relations. I built customer-centric products and services and designed operational processes to support customer-first strategies.I had operational responsibility for a $1.6B business unit, developed business strategies, led turn-around programs and launched products creating double-digit growth.My career has grown from computer programmer to business strategist, but my geeky side is still alive and thriving. By turning disruptive technologies and practices into assets, I seek to unlock value for organizations and help society.For fun, I practice Kung Fu and Qigong, garden, sing and dance. I write middle-grade fiction novels and enjoy traveling to unusual places for inspiration.
