Viewed as a strategic business partner and change agent. Develop and drive division HR strategy to meet organizational objectives. Provide a range of general HR services in employee relations, staffing & recruiting, compensation, performance management, management and organizational development to the organization. Demonstrated Open Door Policy.Participate in the implementation of department goals, objectives, and systems. Develop and maintain Affirmative Action programs and reporting; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.Manage employment programs including staffing process: recruitment, interviewing, testing, and selection to fill vacant positions, vendor management and contract negotiations. Manage all aspects with temporary agency and contract employees. Developed, designed, and implemented recruitment programs. Partnered with Corporate to developed New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding programs. Review and provide guidance on promotional and compensation change issues. Implement and oversee division-wide compensation and performance management programs and initiatives such as mid-year & annual performance reviews, salary review, and bonus plan eligibility. Implement calibration exercise to improve standardization for performance based objectives.Conduct monthly strategic meetings with supervisors/managers to discuss employee relations issues, recruitment, policy changes, training plans, succession planning and technical assessment reviews. Partner with Division Manager & Direct Reports quarterly to establish career development plans. Lead internal investigations in sexual harassment, violence, and misconduct in a confidential, legal and expeditious manner. Coach Managers and employees at all levels on a variety of topics including management skills, professionalism, conflict management, and communications.
