I am a qualified Play therapist and have completed extensive CPD training in Trauma therapy, Embodiment Psychotherapy, Systemic therapy, Couples therapy, mediation and NVR therapy. I founded Create Hope in 2015, after working self employed as a Play therapist. Through Create Hope I offer therapy direct to children, young people and adults. I have also developed training to equip counsellors and therapists in creative therapy approaches and to train people to qualify as therpaists throygh our diploma level 5. All our training is now accredited through the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists we run a level 5 and 6 diploma in integrative creative and play therapy, as well as a number of CPD training courses including, Certificates in using creative and play tehrapy approaches for children, young people and adults, safety and stabilization for traumatised clients and facilitating therapeutic groups. These are all through Project Jabez our training programme focused on equipping lives for good. We run courses for schools around working with traumatised children in the classroom, and NVR approaches. These are accredietd trough CPD standards UK. In addition to these we offer training and emotional education programmes for parents based in Berkshire and Wiltshire. We offer courses around Anxiety, Self Harm, agressive or controlling behaviours, co-regulation, relationships, emotional regulation, empathy, self awanress and self reflection. We are a Christian charity so also work closely with churches equipping them thourgh out 'Reflect and Restore' and befriender programmes to help them run more outreach and community focused projects. These cover topics on Awareness and self reflection, Boundaries, Safeguarding, Conflict and challengeConnecting, empathy and compassion. Our services run in Berkshire, and we have a centre in Bracknell, but we are currently expanding into Wiltshire with a focus around Devizes and Calne area.
