My professional passion is being an effective catalyst for individuals and organisations to achieve and fulfill what is important to them through mentoring, training and coaching. I deliver and train mentoring programs, mentoring masterclasses and workshops so that mentors and mentees can get the most out of their mentoring relationship and organisations can reap the benefit of all mentoring has to offer them. I also help organisations implement mentoring programs in their organisation by providing workshops, consulting and a full suite of mentoring materials, including a unique mentoring model which can be used for a structure of a mentoring program. I’m a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator and work with forums to deepen connections. My workshops are energetic and I derive enormous satisfaction from the experience of interacting with groups and individuals, making a positive impact in their lives. As a Conversational Intelligence Coach, I facilitate workshops on conversation and leadership skills, building our C-IQ. I have also been an entrepreneur since 1995, being the co-founder and CEO of our own importing business supplying the retailers in the homeware area.
