Deep experience in both start-up and turnaround business situations and thrives in breaking new ground to create excellence and innovation. Key accomplishments have included:+. Launched a major economic accessibility program for the museums now serving more than 100,000 annually.+ Implemented new experiences and/or facilities (or plans for) at all museums.+ Improved visitor experiences and staff culture to accurately reflect future plans.+ Launched new initiatives to attract and expand audience segments, including an $1M+ adult experience plan.+ Led technology and systems improvements across the organization to improve efficiency, data and information and customer experience.+ Navigated COVID response to produce new innovative educational experiences while at the same time, strengthening financial position of organization.

Led start-up of new museum to become the largest children's museum in the South.
