The core accountabilities of this role include:1. Manage the end-to-end transition process for allocated practices/advisers joining BTGL to ensure they are quickly and smoothly integrated into our (or their own) licenses. 2. Effectively engage with advisers and key practice staff to develop a tailored, robust and realistic transition plan and ensure all components of the plan are delivered in line with this plan.3. Ensure the timely and effective management and escalation of risks and issues associated with the delivery of transitions.4. Ensure the timely and accurate provision of progress reporting to practices and internal stakeholders.5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end transition process.Compliance and risk management • Own and take accountability for ensuring key controls are effectively delivered and proactively identify issues and risks and take action to address any shortcomings or control failures. • Remain highly aware of legal and regulatory obligations to assist BTGL in meeting its legislative and internal compliance requirements.• Undertake training as directed to adhere to corporate governance processes and policies.Leadership and Communication• Demonstrate strong behaviour and personal leadership that aligns with the BT’s leadership compass.• Contribute to setting and articulating team goals, objectives and task priorities in accordance with expected business outcomes.• Effectively engage with key stakeholders to monitor and resolve ongoing business challenges.
