Work to place assigned graduating students in all of the following disciplines: Information technology, business administration, fine arts, education and etc… Maintain placement rate of 168-176 placements monthly. Assist with employment/unemployment retention, rise employment percentage from 48% to 89%. Recruit, cultivate and direct alumni volunteers for the Alumni Board of Directors and event committees. Interview candidates for open positions and provide hiring recommendation

Supervised working staff to assure store is running properly; responsible for interviewing, hiring, terminating and training new and existing staff.Logged store sales, balanced cash box, tracked money and receipts, ordered store products, restocked merchandise inventory and all other supervisory duties.
