• Run and analyse replenishment orders for Core range, manage inventory levels to reduce ‘out of stocks’• Raise purchase orders and send to suppliers, ensure bookings are made for delivery• Assist the buying team with new product orders, create and maintain new SKUs• Build relationships with new vendors and arrange for them to be onboarded• Work closely with the accounts team to solve invoicing discrepancies • Work with buyers for pricing approvals and manage system updates• Ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure visibility of any OOS concerns and monitoring of back in stock dates
