I am an adaptive, multidisciplinary leader with a passion for customer experience design and business improvement. My experience includes change management, small to large scale project design and implementation including operating model design, operations management and team leadership, human centred design customer research, Lean and Agile methodology.I am passionate about designing customer and people centric solutions to problems and coaching others to think about and discover who they are designing for when implementing change. I have also in worked in partnership with external companies (specifically SMART, Enlighten, AudaNet, QPlus, Huddle, Digicall and HomeRepair) implementing new technologies and ways of working, ensuring the design of these programs had customer centric solutions. Although my skillset is diverse, my strongest capabilities are stakeholder management, project management and thought leadership, turning ideas into reality.
