I am currently employed as the Senior Manager Procurement, Policy and Performance with the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. I manage all the procurement, governance, reporting, policies & procedures, budgets, business plans, business continuity and contract management strategic frameworks for the District. I evaluate and act as a change agent for many areas of the business implementing new business improvement strategies. I have developed and implemented the Procurement and Supply Chain current Business Model, a new contracts register, standard operating procedures and Board reporting dashboard for the Chief Executive and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District Board.
