I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida before attaining a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am continuing my education by working toward my PhD in General Psychology at Capella University.Specialties include coping with depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), trauma recovery, stress management, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and group therapy. I have a passion for serving those who serve and protect our country, First Responders, as well as their families.
