Catherine is part of the Commercial and Analysis team, which forms part of the Strategy division of Multichoice. In this role, she provides financial support to strategic decisions made in the business, through financial modelling and analysis. She also manages ad hoc projects that are of strategic importance to the Group.

Step Advisory is a boutique professional services company comprising an inspired team of business architects, with expertise in three core areas: strategy, capital, and incubation. During her time at Step, Catherine headed up the Corporate Finance Centre of Excellence, that specialised in financial modelling, due diligence and valuation work for a range of clients and industries.

PwC Capital Markets Group (2011 - 2013) In October 2011, Catherine relocated to Johannesburg as a manager in the PwC Capital Markets Group. In this role, Catherine primarily focused on the provision of technical accounting advice, as well as the building financial models linked to the application of IFRS accounting principles. She was also involved in a number of valuation assignments, both for transactional as well as for financial reporting purposes.PwC Transaction services (2011)During 2011, Catherine was a member of the PwC Transaction Services and Corporate Finance team in Durban, where she was involved in performing due diligence and valuation assignments across a variety of industries, but primarily in the retail and construction sectors. Articles (2007 - 2010) Catherine completed her articles at the PwC Durban office in March 2010. Clients included listed companies, subsidiaries of listed companies and large multi-national companies, primarily in the consumer and industrial products sector.
