I'm the business manager for Alchemy VFX, experts in real time visual effects production for games. I enjoy connecting with clients, understanding their VFX needs and developing solutions for their production. Clear communication, integrity and creativity are values I bring into all my relationships.My introduction into Visual Effects was through my husband - and VFX industry veteran - Jeff Kuipers. His enthusiasm and skill for the art, and the transformative magic that quality VFX add to games is infectious. In 2019 we decided to create Alchemy VFX to combine our skills and bring better VFX production to game developers around the world. I manage our day to day operations, client relations. contract negotiation and project management. I also enjoy research and development of new products and services, most recently around education, big data and AI tools.My current mission is to understand how to level up the real-time VFX artists in the game development industry. I've noticed a high demand for artists, and a knowledge gap in existing artists not having the production-ready skills that are vital for impressive and efficient VFX creation.
