I juggled multiple projects, including press releases, award nominations, marketing materials, and media pitching for clients including Akerman Senterfitt, the Greene Family Foundation, Odebrecht, and U.S. Sugar Corp. Wragg & Casas is one of the most successful independent public relations firms in Florida.

Boca Raton, FL

I served as “last eyes” proofreader for this daily paper, which was later acquired by the Sun-Sentinel, and also edited reporters’ copy, wrote opinion pieces, wrote headlines and captions, and designed the gardening and food sections, which involved selecting syndicated copy and writing headlines and captions.

Miami Springs

I created budgets, assigned stories, wrote editorials, and edited this community newspaper, which was well-regarded at the time. I also covered the Miami Springs City Commission and other governmental bodies for the paper.

I assigned stories to free-lancers, edited their copy, wrote several stories for each issue, and edited each issue. Florida Medical Business was a 32-page paper published every other Friday.
