By continuously monitoring the Hospitality Sector in Ireland, I can ensure I understand my Customers needs and requirements. Crucial to any business is developing & maintaining customer relationships with Philips Partners in the Wholesale Sector across Ireland to manage their needs and understand their requirements and the relationships they have with their customers. Over time my role has developed and evolved to that of not just a KAM but of a Product Manager, Marketeer & Educator. With the evolution of LED lighting, I was responsible for managing the Category of LED lamps for the Irish market ensuring that customers were informed, Account Managers had all the tools necessary to drive Sales. As Product manager, I was also responsible for IGM achievements, margin growth, pricing and forecasting. With the lighting Industry now changing at such speed, it is critically important to be able to react as needed for both Philips and our customers.
