I have worked in customer service at a call center and as a data entry specialist. While doing so, I developed the skills from both jobs that ensure that I have a great deal to contribute to my employer. I type 70 wpm, and can type accurately while I am on the telephone. I am able to connect with customers who require particular attention in order to resolve issues. I also developed my writing and researching skills while doing graduate level coursework in history at Portland State University. I am happy to do any training that would help me to improve my performance. When I am work, I am there to efficiently serve the company and the clients.
