• Lead InterAction's democracy practice as well as its Democracy, Rights, and Governance (DRG) Initiative, comprised of nine leading U.S. democracy assistance organizations (i.e., IRI, NDI, Freedom House, CIPE.

Administered and directed over twenty events that utilized local community contributions as well as approximately $10,000 from successfully applied-for grants. Events included a week-long girls’ leadership summer camp, a two-day HIV/AIDS awareness conference and subsequent art gallery of students’ pieces, and counter-human trafficking campaign events.
